Ing. Dario Serafini holds a degree in Computer Engineering from La Sapienza University of Rome and a certification in Instructional Design Foundations and Applications (University of Illinois, May 2026). The combination of engineering background, 15+ years of enterprise development and a validated instructional design framework defines the methodological foundation of DS Enterprise Training.
DS Enterprise Training does not manage final learners, does not co-design with competing providers and does not duplicate the provider's role. Our mandate is one: ensure the technical module runs reliably, on schedule and at the required depth — so the provider's team can focus on coordination, enrollment and client relationships.
Our contribution is focused on reducing delivery risk: clarifying prerequisites, structuring technical progression, preparing reusable teaching assets and ensuring consistency across cohorts — always within the governance of the training provider.
